I’ve the first edition but the second edition is now available.
This book is great for beginners because it teaches you the basics in the beginning of the book (hangul, numbers, time, days and dates).

The book has 59 units that cover different grammar points. Basically, the units consist of two pages, one gives you examples of how to use a grammar point and the other is for exercises and vocabulary.

The correct answers for the exercises are at the end of the book.

Comes with a vocabulary list and 2 final tests.

➩ My opinion
This was the first book I bought to learn Korean. The layout of the book is easy to follow and it’s simple to learn new grammatical points. The textbook focuses on teaching you one grammar point per unit with examples and exercises, there are no long conversations, only sentences, generally in question and answer format, so if you are looking for a book that focuses in grammar this books is for you. Depending on the person this could be a disadvantage or an advantage because the book doesn’t come with long explanations but for me I really like how concise this book is, with no long and detailed instructions.
